What does your A-Class AdBlue warning mean?
A refill message means the AdBlue level needs attention. The A-Class handbook describes warnings that progress from a low-level reminder to a remaining-distance countdown and, eventually, an engine-start restriction. Follow the instructions for your particular car rather than treating every warning as the same problem.
A system-fault message means the AdBlue system is malfunctioning, not simply that the tank needs filling. Depending on the warning, performance can be restricted and restarting can become unavailable after the displayed distance. The message alone does not identify which component is responsible.
When contacting us, include the full wording and any distance shown. Tell us whether the car starts and whether you have recently added AdBlue.
Does your A-Class use AdBlue, and will topping up help?
AdBlue equipment should not be assumed from the A-Class name alone. Mercedes-Benz documents AdBlue in the W177-generation A 180 d, for example. That does not establish that every diesel A-Class uses it. We confirm your vehicle details from the registration.
For a genuine low-level warning, follow your handbook's refill instructions. Use the correct AdBlue filler, never the diesel tank, and do not overfill. The required procedure should come from the handbook for your vehicle.
If you have already topped up and the warning remains, do not assume another bottle will solve it. The handbook treats low fluid and system malfunction as separate conditions. Tell us how much you added and whether the message changed afterwards.
How AdBlue Solutions can help
We offer AdBlue Delete and AdBlue Removal, two names for the same software service. We change the engine computer's software so it no longer runs or monitors the AdBlue system, clearing related warnings and the countdown.
This is not a parts service. We do not replace, fit, repair or clean tanks, sensors, pumps or other components. The work does not fix unrelated engine faults, so please mention any other warnings when you enquire.
Not every vehicle is suitable. Once we have checked your registration and agreed the work, we can arrange a mobile visit to your home, workplace or another safe location, subject to availability.
Why choose AdBlue Solutions?
Our Experienced Technicians provide a Nationwide Mobile Service Across England. You can read genuine Google reviews before deciding whether to book, and we explain the scope of the software work before your appointment.
Our No Fix, No Fee commitment is straightforward: "If we cannot complete the job, there is no charge."
The Lifetime Software Warranty applies to the software work on that vehicle. If the covered work develops a problem, we correct it again. Later software updates or recalls void the warranty. Callout charges, including emergency callout charges, are not covered.
Need help with a countdown or a car that will not start?
Tell us immediately if your A-Class is already unable to start or has little distance remaining on its warning. Include its exact location and whether there is safe access for a mobile visit. We will check suitability and availability rather than promise an outcome before reviewing the details.
Standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. We also offer 24/7 emergency callouts, subject to location and availability. An additional emergency callout charge is confirmed before dispatch.

Customer FAQs
Can you tell what is wrong from a warning photo?
A photo helps us understand the message and countdown, but it is not enough to identify a specific failed component. Send your registration too so we can check suitability for our software service.
Does AdBlue Removal mean taking the tank out?
No. Our AdBlue Removal service is software-only. We change how the engine computer handles the AdBlue system; we do not physically remove or replace parts.
Will the work clear every engine warning?
No. The service addresses AdBlue-related warnings and the countdown on suitable vehicles. Unrelated engine faults are outside its scope.
Can I book if my A-Class is at work?
Yes, subject to availability and a safe place to carry out the appointment. Provide the workplace postcode and any access restrictions when enquiring.
Is an Economy Remap included?
No. Economy Remap, Performance Remap, Stage 1 Remap, Stage 2 Remap, DPF Delete and EGR Delete are additional software services, quoted separately. Stage 2 needs suitable supporting modifications. Vehicle suitability must be checked.
Need Help With an AdBlue Warning?
Send your registration, postcode and a photo of the warning. We check suitability and confirm the price before anything is booked.
