What it means
AdBlue Delete & Removal
Our process begins with a full diagnostic scan to confirm the source of the AdBlue system fault. We then perform an AdBlue Delete, also known as AdBlue Removal, by reprogramming the engine control unit (ECU). This software modification electronically disables the entire system, preventing future warnings and countdowns. Please note, some newer Vauxhall ECUs are protected and require specialist unlocking, which carries an additional cost confirmed with you beforehand. We can perform this service at your home, workplace or depot. Ask about our optional performance and economy remaps, or DPF and EGR software solutions, which can be quoted for separately.
Vehicle suitability
Does my Vauxhall Combo have AdBlue? The system, marketed by Vauxhall as BlueInjection, is common on later diesel models. For your Vauxhall Combo, we check the registration, engine, build specification and ECU details rather than assuming fitment or service support from its age or badge. However, not every diesel Combo is equipped with an AdBlue system. The most reliable way to check is to provide us with your vehicle's registration so we can confirm its exact specification.
Found a fault code during a diagnostic scan? Enter it below to understand what it could mean, what warning signs to look out for and what information our mobile AdBlue specialists need to help you.
From AdBlue pressure faults to NOx sensor warnings and SCR system problems, explore common diagnostic codes in simple English.
These are shared diagnostic codes, not confirmed faults for every Vauxhall Combo. Applicability depends on your vehicle and scan results.
8 common codes
Fault name
What it means
The system has reported insufficient reductant pressure. Diagnostic checks help establish the cause, rather than assuming a failed pump.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
SCR NOx reduction efficiency has been reported below its expected threshold. The full scan and sensor readings help identify possible causes.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns SCR operation or monitoring. Read it alongside the full scan and vehicle-specific information.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a dosing or aftertreatment injector. Check the fitted system and full scan before assuming a cause.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The system reports that the reductant level is too low. Check the actual fluid level and whether the reported level is accurate.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The system has reported reductant quality performance. The code alone does not identify the cause.

Yes, this is a classic symptom of a system fault, such as a failed level sensor or pump. Our AdBlue delete software is designed to resolve this by disabling the system's need for sensor readings.
Yes, our mobile service is designed to address this exact issue. By disabling the AdBlue system via software, we prevent the countdown from reaching zero and immobilising your van.
It depends on the year and the specific ECU hardware fitted. Some newer Combo vans have protected ECUs that require unlocking at an extra cost, which we will always confirm with you before any work begins.
The engine badge or model year alone does not confirm AdBlue fitment or software support for your Vauxhall Combo. Send your registration so we can check the engine, emissions specification and ECU details before confirming suitability and a quote.
SCR stands for Selective Catalytic Reduction, the technical name for the AdBlue system. A fault with the SCR system or its NOx sensors means it's not working correctly, which our software solution resolves.
