What it means
AdBlue Delete & Removal
Our service is a convenient and reliable mobile solution. A technician will visit your Citroën Dispatch, connect to its ECU, and perform a full diagnostic health check to confirm the AdBlue fault. We then take a read of the ECU's software, which is modified to completely deactivate the AdBlue system, a process also known as AdBlue Removal. Please note, some newer models have protected ECUs that require specialist unlocking at an additional cost, which we confirm beforehand. We can also provide optional extras like performance or economy remaps, which are quoted separately.
Vehicle suitability
Does my Citroën Dispatch have AdBlue? For your Citroën Dispatch, we check the registration, engine, build specification and ECU details rather than assuming fitment or service support from its age or badge. However, not every diesel variant is equipped with it. To be certain, we always check the vehicle's specific build by using your registration number.
Found a fault code during a diagnostic scan? Enter it below to understand what it could mean, what warning signs to look out for and what information our mobile AdBlue specialists need to help you.
From AdBlue pressure faults to NOx sensor warnings and SCR system problems, explore common diagnostic codes in simple English.
These are shared diagnostic codes, not confirmed faults for every Citroen Dispatch. Applicability depends on your vehicle and scan results.
8 common codes
Fault name
What it means
The system has reported insufficient reductant pressure. Diagnostic checks help establish the cause, rather than assuming a failed pump.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
SCR NOx reduction efficiency has been reported below its expected threshold. The full scan and sensor readings help identify possible causes.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns SCR operation or monitoring. Read it alongside the full scan and vehicle-specific information.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a dosing or aftertreatment injector. Check the fitted system and full scan before assuming a cause.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The system reports that the reductant level is too low. Check the actual fluid level and whether the reported level is accurate.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The system has reported reductant quality performance. The code alone does not identify the cause.

This may mean a component like a sensor, pump, or heater has failed. The system cannot reset because it has a persistent hardware fault, so simply adding more fluid won't fix it.
Yes, our AdBlue delete software is designed to resolve the countdown issue. It is always better to call us before the counter reaches zero to avoid a non start situation and a potential emergency callout.
It's possible on newer models. Some recent Citroën ECUs have anti-tuning protection that must be unlocked before new software can be applied. We can determine if this is necessary for your van and quote for it accordingly.
The engine badge or model year alone does not confirm AdBlue fitment or software support for your Citroën Dispatch. Send your registration so we can check the engine, emissions specification and ECU details before confirming suitability and a quote.
SCR stands for Selective Catalytic Reduction, the technical name for the AdBlue system. A NOx (Nitrogen Oxide) sensor measures the system's effectiveness. A fault with either will trigger dashboard warnings and can be resolved with our software solution.
