01Understanding the service
Enquiries are welcome from Cambridge, Ely, Huntingdon, Peterborough and the surrounding Cambridgeshire towns and villages. Peterborough is a separate unitary authority within the ceremonial county. Attendance depends on your full postcode, vehicle and a suitable working location; postcode districts do not follow county boundaries. If you are stranded on the A14, M11 or another busy road, prioritise a safe location and appropriate recovery rather than assuming diagnostic work can be carried out at the roadside.
AdBlue Delete and Removal commonly refer to software changes that disable SCR functions. They are not equivalent to repairing a pump, injector, sensor or catalyst. SCR warnings can arise from electrical faults, poor dosing, fluid contamination or insufficient emissions conversion, so a warning does not establish which part has failed. The scope and effects of any software change are vehicle-specific, and neither fault clearance nor restored starting should be assumed without assessment.
Diagnosis should begin with a full fault-code scan and relevant live data, followed by targeted checks. On SCR-equipped Ford Transit or Volkswagen Caddy variants, possible causes include dosing-pressure problems, injector deposits, heater faults and wiring defects. Not every diesel version has AdBlue. Send your registration to help establish fitment; further vehicle identification or inspection may be needed. A software update is appropriate only where supported by the diagnosis, and a reset alone will not repair failed hardware.
SCR fitment on the Audi A4, BMW 3 Series, Peugeot, Citroën, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover and Range Rover ranges varies with model, engine, year and specification. A model badge alone is not enough to confirm an AdBlue system or service compatibility. Send your registration and any scan results before booking. DPF, EGR and other engine-management faults also need to be considered rather than assuming every emissions warning originates in the SCR system.
Send your registration, full postcode, dashboard photograph and any diagnostic scan report. Include the exact countdown wording and whether the vehicle currently starts. P20E8 means reductant pressure too low and requires checks to identify the cause; P2002 refers to diesel particulate filter efficiency below threshold on bank 1, not specifically to AdBlue. Once the vehicle details and likely scope are understood, availability and a quote can be confirmed.
From booking to completion, our experienced mobile technicians make the process straightforward.
We confirm your vehicle, location, service and appointment.
On the day, your technician calls with an estimated arrival time.
We connect diagnostic equipment, check the vehicle and identify relevant faults.
We read the original ECU software, prepare the AdBlue modification and apply it.
Final diagnostics, applicable fault-code resets and checks to confirm the agreed work is complete.
We take payment, provide a receipt and explain the applicable software warranty.
02Why choose AdBlue Solutions
Found a fault code during a diagnostic scan? Enter it below to understand what it could mean, what warning signs to look out for and what information our mobile AdBlue specialists need to help you.
From AdBlue pressure faults to NOx sensor warnings and SCR system problems, explore common diagnostic codes in simple English.
8 common codes
Fault name
What it means
The system has reported insufficient reductant pressure. Diagnostic checks help establish the cause, rather than assuming a failed pump.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
SCR NOx reduction efficiency has been reported below its expected threshold. The full scan and sensor readings help identify possible causes.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns SCR operation or monitoring. Read it alongside the full scan and vehicle-specific information.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a dosing or aftertreatment injector. Check the fitted system and full scan before assuming a cause.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The system reports that the reductant level is too low. Check the actual fluid level and whether the reported level is accurate.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The system has reported reductant quality performance. The code alone does not identify the cause.

Customer questions
Still unsure? Send us your registration and a photo of the warning on WhatsApp.
Ask on WhatsAppAdBlue Delete generally means modifying vehicle control software to disable SCR dosing and associated monitoring. It does not repair defective components or establish why a warning appeared. Compatibility and the effect on any starting restriction depend on the vehicle and its faults; send your registration and diagnostic report for assessment.
AdBlue Removal is often used to describe software deactivation rather than physical removal of the tank, pump or catalyst. The proposed scope needs to be confirmed for the specific vehicle; the term alone does not tell you which functions would be changed.
AdBlue Repair aims to restore normal SCR operation. Depending on diagnosis, it may involve wiring repairs, correcting fluid quality, an appropriate software update or replacing a failed component. AdBlue Delete disables functions rather than repairing the underlying fault and does not guarantee that other warnings will disappear.
An AdBlue Fix should address the diagnosed cause of a warning. Checks may cover fluid level and quality, dosing pressure, injector operation, heaters, wiring and NOx sensor readings. Clearing codes or resetting a countdown alone is not a lasting fix if the underlying problem remains.
Send your registration, full postcode, warning message and any diagnostic codes. These help identify likely SCR fitment and assess mobile attendance. The VIN, ECU identification or an on-vehicle scan may also be needed before the work and quote can be confirmed.
Yes. Send a clear warning photograph and, if available, a separate diagnostic scan report with the full codes and descriptions. A dashboard photograph helps establish the displayed symptoms but usually does not show stored fault codes or confirm the failed part.
No starting outcome should be promised without checking the vehicle. Some SCR faults trigger a countdown that can prevent a subsequent restart; this is not normally the same as switching off an engine already running. A no-start condition may also have causes unrelated to AdBlue. Tell us whether the engine currently starts and send the exact warning.
Please send the registration, make, model, year, postcode and any fault codes so support can be checked before booking. HGV diagnostic requirements differ from those of cars and vans, so equipment compatibility and mobile availability must be confirmed.
