01Understanding the service
An SCR warning needs assessment before a course of work is agreed. Low reductant pressure, dosing faults and NOx sensor faults can have different causes, while restricted performance may originate elsewhere in the engine or exhaust system. Share the complete warning message and diagnostic report so the proposed work can be explained for your vehicle.
Enquiries are welcome from coastal and inland locations, including Eastbourne, Hastings, Lewes, Rye, Uckfield and Crowborough. Brighton & Hove is a separate administrative area within ceremonial East Sussex; send your postcode to check appointment availability there or elsewhere. BN, TN and RH are postcode areas that cross county boundaries, so their prefixes alone do not establish coverage. The district list below is illustrative rather than exhaustive.
Software deactivation and a functional repair are different outcomes. Diagnosis should establish what has failed before parts or software work are proposed. P20E8 means reductant pressure too low; it does not automatically prove that the pump needs replacement. P2002 concerns diesel particulate filter efficiency and is not an AdBlue-specific code. For NOx sensor faults, send the complete code and description: bank numbers and sensor positions are not interchangeable.
AdBlue fitment varies by model year, engine, emissions specification and variant. Some versions of the models below use SCR, but the model name or Euro 6 designation alone does not establish fitment. Peugeot and Citroën 1.6 and 2.0 BlueHDi applications use SCR, although fault patterns and repair requirements vary. Send your registration, year and engine details to confirm the system fitted and whether the requested work can be offered.
Send your registration and current postcode through the website form or WhatsApp. Include dashboard photos, complete fault codes and details of recent refills or repairs. State whether the engine currently starts and whether a countdown is displayed. These details help establish the next diagnostic step and allow the proposed scope, appointment availability and quote to be discussed.
From booking to completion, our experienced mobile technicians make the process straightforward.

Found a fault code during a diagnostic scan? Enter it below to understand what it could mean, what warning signs to look out for and what information our mobile AdBlue specialists need to help you.
From AdBlue pressure faults to NOx sensor warnings and SCR system problems, explore common diagnostic codes in simple English.
8 common codes
Fault name
What it means
The system has reported insufficient reductant pressure. Diagnostic checks help establish the cause, rather than assuming a failed pump.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
SCR NOx reduction efficiency has been reported below its expected threshold. The full scan and sensor readings help identify possible causes.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns SCR operation or monitoring. Read it alongside the full scan and vehicle-specific information.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a dosing or aftertreatment injector. Check the fitted system and full scan before assuming a cause.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The system reports that the reductant level is too low. Check the actual fluid level and whether the reported level is accurate.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The system has reported reductant quality performance. The code alone does not identify the cause.

Customer questions
Still unsure? Send us your registration and a photo of the warning on WhatsApp.
Ask on WhatsAppAdBlue Delete refers to software changes intended to disable SCR dosing and associated monitoring. It does not repair damaged pumps, sensors, wiring or other hardware. Availability and effects depend on the vehicle and its control systems; send your registration and fault details for assessment.
AdBlue Removal is often used to describe software deactivation rather than physical removal of the tank or pipework. Ask what work is proposed for your particular vehicle, as the term alone does not define the scope.
AdBlue Delete changes how the system is controlled or monitored. AdBlue Repair aims to restore SCR operation by finding and addressing the underlying fault. Repairs may involve wiring, sensors, dosing equipment or a manufacturer-specified software update; component replacement should follow diagnosis.
AdBlue Fix is a general description, not a specific procedure. The appropriate work depends on whether the cause is low fluid, incorrect pressure, a dosing problem, an electrical fault or another issue. Clearing a warning does not by itself confirm that the fault has been resolved.
Please send your registration, full location postcode, mileage and the exact warning message. Include any diagnostic report. Registration helps identify the vehicle, but an ECU read or further checks may be needed to confirm its hardware and installed software.
Yes. Send a clear dashboard photo and any complete fault codes via WhatsApp, together with your registration. These help with initial assessment but cannot replace diagnostic checks.
Timing depends on the vehicle, ECU access and the checks or work required. Send your registration and fault details so the likely appointment duration can be discussed rather than relying on a fixed time estimate.
AdBlue Delete is intended to alter associated monitoring, but countdown behaviour and restart requirements vary between vehicles. A non-start can also have unrelated causes. Send the exact message, remaining distance and registration; countdown removal or immediate restarting should not be assumed.
Yes. Our standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. Emergency callouts are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to location and availability. An additional emergency callout charge applies and is confirmed before dispatch.
