“Brilliant service, my car is running better than ever with no pesky adblue issues. Would highly recommend”

Vauxhall AdBlue Delete and Removal enquiries start with confirming whether your diesel has SCR and identifying the fault. Send your registration, postcode and dashboard warning for a vehicle-specific assessment and confirmation of mobile availability. An AdBlue warning or restart countdown does not, by itself, identify a failed component.
24/7 Emergency Callouts Available

01Understanding the service
Vauxhall uses several diesel engine and SCR system families. Diagnosis should distinguish a fluid-level warning from a pressure, dosing, heater, sensor or wiring fault before options are discussed. Software changes are not a substitute for repairing defective hardware and cannot be assumed to resolve unrelated reduced-power or starting problems.
Engine badges and registration years are only starting points. Some Astra, Insignia and Zafira Tourer diesels use SCR, while other versions do not. The van range also spans Renault-derived and PSA/Stellantis-derived platforms. Send your registration to check fitment; the VIN, engine code or ECU identification may be required for a precise match.
Dashboard wording varies between models. A low-fluid warning may require a correctly performed refill, whereas an emissions-system fault can persist despite a full tank. If a restart countdown is displayed, arrange diagnosis promptly and follow the vehicle handbook. Reduced engine power can also result from faults outside the SCR system.
These generic definitions are useful starting points, but manufacturer-specific descriptions, suffixes and test procedures should be checked. A stored code does not automatically condemn the component named in its description. Send the complete scan report with your registration.
Provide your registration, postcode, current symptoms and any previous diagnostic results so we can confirm coverage and discuss the next step. Depending on the fault, testing may include checking fluid condition, leaks, pressure, dosing, wiring and NOx sensor readings. Parts replacement, software updates or adaptation procedures should be guided by the findings rather than assumed from a warning alone.
From booking to completion, our experienced mobile technicians make the process straightforward.
We confirm your vehicle, location, service and appointment.
On the day, your technician calls with an estimated arrival time.
We connect diagnostic equipment, check the vehicle and identify relevant faults.
We read the original ECU software, prepare the AdBlue modification and apply it.
Final diagnostics, applicable fault-code resets and checks to confirm the agreed work is complete.
We take payment, provide a receipt and explain the applicable software warranty.
02Why choose AdBlue Solutions
Found a fault code during a diagnostic scan? Enter it below to understand what it could mean, what warning signs to look out for and what information our mobile AdBlue specialists need to help you.
From AdBlue pressure faults to NOx sensor warnings and SCR system problems, explore common diagnostic codes in simple English.
These are shared diagnostic codes, not confirmed faults for every Vauxhall. Applicability depends on your vehicle and scan results.
8 common codes
Fault name
What it means
The system has reported insufficient reductant pressure. Diagnostic checks help establish the cause, rather than assuming a failed pump.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
SCR NOx reduction efficiency has been reported below its expected threshold. The full scan and sensor readings help identify possible causes.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns SCR operation or monitoring. Read it alongside the full scan and vehicle-specific information.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a dosing or aftertreatment injector. Check the fitted system and full scan before assuming a cause.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The system reports that the reductant level is too low. Check the actual fluid level and whether the reported level is accurate.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The system has reported reductant quality performance. The code alone does not identify the cause.

Customer questions
Still unsure? Send us your registration and a photo of the warning on WhatsApp.
Ask on WhatsAppAdBlue is fitted to selected Vauxhall diesel versions of the Insignia, Astra, Zafira Tourer, Grandland and Crossland, and to relevant Combo, Vivaro and Movano models. Fitment depends on the engine, production date and emissions specification; not every Euro 6 diesel uses AdBlue. Send your registration so we can check your vehicle.
Possible causes include low or unsuitable fluid, leaks, injector deposits, pressure or heater faults, NOx sensor faults and wiring problems. Some versions use a tank assembly containing several components, but a warning does not prove that the complete tank needs replacement. Send your registration and the exact dashboard message, including any restart countdown.
For Vauxhall AdBlue Delete and Removal enquiries, send your registration, postcode and warning messages through the website form or WhatsApp. Fault codes are useful too. The vehicle specification and diagnostic findings determine the available options and quotation.
AdBlue removal generally refers to altering ECU software so that aspects of the SCR system are disabled; it is not a physical repair of a failed pump, sensor or injector. Compatibility and the effect on a restart countdown depend on the vehicle and the faults present. Send your registration for an initial fitment check before any work is discussed.
Relevant codes can include P20E8 for reductant pressure too low, P20EE for SCR NOx catalyst efficiency below threshold on bank 1, and P229F for NOx sensor circuit range/performance on bank 1 sensor 2. These identify a diagnostic area rather than proving which part has failed. Pressure checks, wiring tests and live sensor readings may be needed.
Please send your registration, model, year and engine size, plus the engine code if known. Vauxhall used different engine families across its car and van ranges, with overlapping production periods. A VIN or diagnostic ECU identification may be needed to confirm the exact hardware and software.
Send your postcode and tell us whether the vehicle starts and is parked somewhere safe and accessible. We can then confirm mobile coverage and appointment availability. A non-starting vehicle may need additional diagnosis or recovery; attendance alone does not guarantee it can be restarted on site.
Send a clear photograph of the diagnostic report or scanner screen through WhatsApp, including the full code and any suffix. Please include your registration and dashboard warnings. If you have no codes, explain the symptoms so we can discuss the diagnostic work needed.
