01Understanding the service
Appointments depend on your exact location, vehicle and the work required. The towns and postcode districts below are a guide, not a complete county boundary or a promise of immediate attendance. Some postcode districts extend into neighbouring counties. If a starting restriction has already activated, tell us before booking; on-site completion cannot be assumed.
An SCR warning can have several causes, including dosing faults, electrical problems, fluid contamination or implausible sensor readings. Some faults trigger a distance-based restart countdown, but the warning strategy varies by vehicle. Electronic deactivation is not a repair of the underlying hardware. A diagnostic assessment should establish what has failed and distinguish software changes from work that restores system operation.
Diagnosis may include reading fault codes and live data, inspecting wiring and leaks, and testing dosing pressure or sensor operation where appropriate. Some SCR-equipped Peugeot, Citroën and Mercedes-Benz vehicles can develop pump or NOx-sensor faults, but a dashboard warning alone does not establish either diagnosis. Send your registration so the system can be checked before recommending parts or software work.
SCR-equipped versions exist within the Ford Transit EcoBlue, Audi A4 and A6, and Land Rover Discovery ranges, but model names alone do not confirm AdBlue fitment. Earlier generations and some diesel variants may not use it. The same qualification applies to the ranges below. Send your registration, model year and engine details; ECU identification may be needed before compatibility can be confirmed.
Send your registration and current postcode through WhatsApp or the enquiry form. Include the exact dashboard wording, any countdown distance, fault codes and details of previous repairs or recent AdBlue refilling. This supports an initial assessment; a scan or further testing may be required before the work and price can be confirmed.
From booking to completion, our experienced mobile technicians make the process straightforward.
We confirm your vehicle, location, service and appointment.
On the day, your technician calls with an estimated arrival time.
We connect diagnostic equipment, check the vehicle and identify relevant faults.
We read the original ECU software, prepare the AdBlue modification and apply it.
Final diagnostics, applicable fault-code resets and checks to confirm the agreed work is complete.
We take payment, provide a receipt and explain the applicable software warranty.
02Why choose AdBlue Solutions
Found a fault code during a diagnostic scan? Enter it below to understand what it could mean, what warning signs to look out for and what information our mobile AdBlue specialists need to help you.
From AdBlue pressure faults to NOx sensor warnings and SCR system problems, explore common diagnostic codes in simple English.
8 common codes
Fault name
What it means
The system has reported insufficient reductant pressure. Diagnostic checks help establish the cause, rather than assuming a failed pump.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
SCR NOx reduction efficiency has been reported below its expected threshold. The full scan and sensor readings help identify possible causes.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns SCR operation or monitoring. Read it alongside the full scan and vehicle-specific information.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a dosing or aftertreatment injector. Check the fitted system and full scan before assuming a cause.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The system reports that the reductant level is too low. Check the actual fluid level and whether the reported level is accurate.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The system has reported reductant quality performance. The code alone does not identify the cause.

Customer questions
Still unsure? Send us your registration and a photo of the warning on WhatsApp.
Ask on WhatsAppAdBlue Delete is a software modification intended to disable selected SCR functions and related monitoring. Its scope depends on the vehicle and software. It does not repair a failed pump, injector, heater or NOx sensor. Send your registration and warning details so the fitted system and available options can be checked.
AdBlue Removal is often used to describe electronic deactivation rather than physical removal of the tank and exhaust components. The exact work must be clarified for each vehicle. It should not be assumed to resolve unrelated engine faults, every reduced-power condition or every starting restriction.
AdBlue Delete changes system operation or monitoring, whereas AdBlue Repair aims to restore normal SCR operation. Repair may involve wiring checks, leak repairs, fluid-quality checks, component replacement or an applicable software update. Replacing an entire tank is not always necessary; diagnosis should determine the work required.
An AdBlue Fix should address the diagnosed cause of a warning. Depending on the fault, this may require a repair, an applicable software update or a manufacturer-specified reset after corrective work. Clearing codes alone does not establish that a fault has been resolved.
Please send your registration, current postcode, dashboard message and any diagnostic fault codes. Your registration helps identify the likely engine and specification, but ECU identification and a diagnostic scan may still be needed to confirm compatibility and quote for the work.
Yes. Send a clear photograph of the warning message, including any remaining-distance countdown, along with your registration. A photograph helps with initial assessment but cannot identify the failed component or replace diagnostic testing.
Timing depends on the fitted ECU, access method, battery condition and faults present. Send your registration and warning details for an initial assessment; the expected duration can be confirmed once the vehicle and proposed work have been checked.
We take mobile-service enquiries across Oxfordshire, including Oxford, Banbury, Abingdon, Bicester, Witney and Didcot. Send your exact postcode to confirm appointment availability and whether the proposed location is suitable. Roadside work depends on safe access and the vehicle's condition.
Yes. Our standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. Emergency callouts are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to location and availability. An additional emergency callout charge applies and is confirmed before dispatch.
