What does the warning mean?
Start with the wording on the screen. A request to top up points towards the fluid level; a system-fault message needs a different response. Photograph the complete message while safely parked, including any remaining distance.
Do not treat a countdown as something to leave until your next routine appointment. Running out of AdBlue can prevent an engine restart after you switch off. Get help before the remaining range runs out.
Does every BMW 6 Series diesel use AdBlue?
Do not assume the same equipment applies to every 6 Series. BMW's launch information confirms SCR with AdBlue injection on the diesel G32 6 Series Gran Turismo introduced in 2017. Its UK launch range included the 630d and 630d xDrive Gran Turismo.
That is not a blanket statement about every earlier diesel coupé, convertible or Gran Coupé. We confirm your vehicle's specification and software-service suitability from the registration before quoting. There is no need to identify the engine or generation yourself.
Why is the warning showing, even after a refill?
Low fluid is one explanation, but BMW also describes warnings for system faults and incorrect fluid. A refill warning may remain briefly while the car recognises the top-up. Follow the handbook for your particular vehicle rather than assuming another refill is the answer.
If the message stays on, tell us when you topped up, roughly how much you added and whether the wording changed. Include any other warning lights or starting problems. These details help us understand your enquiry without guessing from a dashboard symbol alone.
How AdBlue Solutions can help
AdBlue Delete and AdBlue Removal are two names for the same software service. We change the engine computer's software so it no longer runs or monitors the AdBlue system, clearing related warnings and the countdown. We do not replace, fit, repair or clean parts, and this work does not fix unrelated engine faults.
Not every vehicle is suitable. Once we have checked your registration and confirmed the quote, we can arrange a mobile appointment at your home, workplace or another safe place, subject to availability. Our mobile service covers England.
Standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. We also offer 24/7 emergency callouts, subject to location and availability. An additional emergency callout charge is confirmed before dispatch. If the car will not start, tell us when you enquire.
Why choose AdBlue Solutions?
Choose Experienced Technicians and Nationwide Mobile Service Across England, with genuine Google reviews available to read before booking. We explain the scope of the software work so you know what is included.
Our No Fix, No Fee promise is straightforward: "If we cannot complete the job, there is no charge."
The Lifetime Software Warranty applies to the software work on that vehicle. If the covered work develops a problem, we correct it again. Later software updates or recalls void the warranty. Callout charges, including emergency callout charges, are not covered.
Book help in three steps
Have your vehicle details ready and let us know whether the BMW currently starts. You can begin by WhatsApp, phone or the quote form.
- 1. Send your registration, postcode and warning details, ideally with a clear photo of the screen.
- 2. We check vehicle suitability and provide a quote, explaining the software service and any applicable callout charge.
- 3. Arrange a mobile appointment at an agreed safe location, subject to availability.

Customer FAQs
Will topping up clear my BMW 6 Series AdBlue warning?
It may clear a low-level reminder once the refill is recognised. A system-fault message is different, so do not assume topping up will resolve it. Follow your vehicle's handbook.
What if the countdown has reached zero?
Tell us immediately whether the engine still starts and send a photo of the message. We check suitability and mobile availability before confirming a booking. Do not assume a restart will be possible if the AdBlue has run out.
Does AdBlue Removal mean taking the tank out?
No. Our service changes the engine computer's software. We do not physically remove the tank or carry out any other parts work.
Can you visit my workplace?
Yes, subject to availability and a safe place to work on the vehicle. Send the workplace postcode and mention any parking or access restrictions when booking.
Is an engine remap included?
No. Economy Remap, Performance Remap, Stage 1 Remap and Stage 2 Remap are quoted separately. Stage 2 needs suitable supporting modifications. DPF Delete and EGR Delete are also separate software-only services, subject to suitability.
Need Help With an AdBlue Warning?
Send your registration, postcode and a photo of the warning. We check suitability and confirm the price before anything is booked.
