What is your GLE telling you?
A refill warning tells you the AdBlue level needs attention. A system fault warning means the vehicle has detected a malfunction. Depending on the message, the GLE may also warn of restricted performance or a remaining distance before restarting becomes impossible. Treat a countdown as something to address, not dismiss.
When you contact us, tell us whether the car still starts, whether you have already added AdBlue and whether the message has changed. Photograph the full warning while safely parked, including any remaining distance.
Low fluid or a fault after refilling?
If the warning asks for AdBlue, follow the instructions for your particular GLE. The manufacturer specifies a refill procedure and, on relevant versions, a minimum quantity shown on the display. Do not keep adding fluid beyond the tank's capacity.
If you have followed the refill instructions but a system fault remains, do not assume the tank still needs more. Mercedes-Benz distinguishes between low-fluid warnings and system malfunctions. The warning alone does not identify which component is responsible.
AdBlue is documented in the manufacturer's 2016 GLE manual for equipped diesel versions. That does not establish the specification of every GLE, or whether our service suits yours. We confirm the vehicle details from your registration.
How our software service helps
AdBlue Delete and AdBlue Removal are two names for the same service. We change the engine computer's software so it no longer runs or monitors the AdBlue system, clearing the related warnings and countdown.
We do not replace, fit, repair or clean parts. The work does not fix unrelated engine faults, so tell us about any other symptoms or warning lights before booking. Not every vehicle is suitable, and a GLE badge alone is not enough to confirm compatibility.
Once suitability is confirmed, we can arrange a mobile visit to your home, workplace or another safe place, subject to availability. Tell us about access restrictions and where the vehicle is parked when requesting your quote.
Why choose AdBlue Solutions?
Our Experienced Technicians provide a Nationwide Mobile Service Across England. You can read genuine Google reviews before deciding whether to book, and we explain the scope of the software work before you agree.
Our No Fix, No Fee commitment is straightforward: "If we cannot complete the job, there is no charge."
Our Lifetime Software Warranty applies to the software work on that vehicle. If the covered work develops a problem, we correct it again. Later software updates or recalls void the warranty. Callout charges, including emergency callout charges, are not covered.
Appointments and emergency callouts
Standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. Mobile appointments depend on availability, so contact us with your postcode rather than assuming coverage means an immediate visit.
We also offer 24/7 emergency callouts, subject to location and availability. An additional emergency callout charge is confirmed before dispatch. If your GLE will not start, make that clear when you first contact us so we can discuss the next step.
Book help in three steps
You do not need to identify a failed part before getting in touch. Start with the vehicle details and what the dashboard actually says.
- 1. Send your registration, postcode and warning details by WhatsApp, ideally with a clear photo. Alternatively, call or use the quote form.
- 2. We check suitability and provide a quote for the agreed software service.
- 3. Arrange a mobile appointment at your home, work or another safe location, subject to availability.

Customer FAQs
Will topping up AdBlue clear the warning?
It may resolve a low-level warning when you follow the correct refill procedure. A system malfunction is different and should not be treated as proof that more fluid is needed.
What happens if the countdown reaches zero?
The GLE can prevent the engine from restarting once the displayed distance is exhausted. Contact us before that point rather than relying on the car continuing to start.
Does AdBlue Removal mean taking the tank out?
No. Our AdBlue Removal service changes software only. We do not remove the tank or carry out any physical parts work.
Can you help if my GLE is already at home and will not start?
We can assess whether a mobile software appointment is suitable. Send the registration, postcode and exact warning, and tell us that it will not start. We cannot promise suitability before checking.
Are other software services included?
No. Economy Remap, Performance Remap, Stage 1 Remap, Stage 2 Remap, DPF Delete and EGR Delete are quoted separately, never free with AdBlue work. DPF Delete and EGR Delete are software only. Stage 2 requires suitable supporting modifications, and all services depend on vehicle suitability.
Need Help With an AdBlue Warning?
