What is your Dispatch warning telling you?
A low-fluid alert calls for an AdBlue top-up following your vehicle's handbook. An AdBlue warning alongside the service and engine warning lights can instead indicate a fault in the SCR emissions system, which uses AdBlue. These are different situations, even if both mention a remaining driving range.
When contacting us, include the complete message and tell us whether the van still starts. Useful details include:
- Whether the warning is steady or flashing.
- Any remaining mileage shown on the countdown.
- Whether you have already added AdBlue, and approximately how much.
- Any other warning lights or changes in how the van runs.
Does every diesel Dispatch use AdBlue?
No. Do not assume that every diesel Dispatch has the same equipment. Citroën's Dispatch handbook identifies AdBlue with BlueHDi diesel versions, and its UK diesel specifications also list an AdBlue tank. We confirm your particular vehicle from its registration before quoting.
That check also establishes whether our software service is suitable. The model name or the appearance of a warning light alone is not enough to approve a booking.
Why can the warning stay on after refilling?
Adding fluid addresses a low level, not every cause of an AdBlue warning. The Dispatch handbook distinguishes an empty tank from an SCR system malfunction. If the warning concerns a system fault, do not assume that repeatedly adding more fluid will resolve it.
Follow the refill instructions in the handbook for your exact van. If you have already topped up and the warning remains, send us the message and refill details before booking. We do not diagnose a particular failed component from a dashboard photograph.
How our mobile software service can help
AdBlue Delete and AdBlue Removal are two names for the same software work, not two separate treatments. We change the engine computer's software so it no longer operates or monitors the AdBlue system. We do not replace, fit, repair or clean parts, and the service does not fix unrelated engine faults.
Once we have checked suitability and agreed the quote, we can arrange a mobile visit to your home, workplace or another safe location in England, subject to availability. Tell us about access restrictions and whether the van is parked somewhere we can work safely.
Standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. Emergency callouts are available 24/7, subject to location and availability. An additional emergency callout charge is confirmed before dispatch.
Why choose AdBlue Solutions?
Our experienced technicians provide a nationwide mobile service across England. You can read genuine Google reviews before deciding whether to book, and we explain the scope of the software work before your appointment.
No Fix, No Fee: If we cannot complete the job, there is no charge.
Our Lifetime Software Warranty applies to the software work on that vehicle. If the covered work develops a problem, we correct it again. Later software updates or recalls void the warranty. Callout charges, including emergency callout charges, are not covered.
Book help in three steps
Have your vehicle details ready so we can check the right Dispatch specification and discuss the warning you are seeing.
- Send your registration, postcode and warning details, ideally with a photo, by WhatsApp. Alternatively, call or use the quote form.
- We check suitability and provide a quote, explaining what the software service covers.
- If you choose to proceed, we arrange a mobile appointment at an agreed safe location, subject to availability.

Customer FAQs
What happens when the AdBlue countdown reaches zero?
The Dispatch can prevent the engine restarting when the relevant countdown expires. Both an empty AdBlue tank and a confirmed SCR fault can lead to starting being prevented. Seek help before the countdown runs out.
Can you help if my Dispatch will not start?
Contact us with the exact message and confirm that it will not start. We check suitability before arranging software work. We cannot promise to resolve a no-start caused by an unrelated fault.
Does AdBlue Removal mean taking out the tank?
No. Our service is software only. We do not physically remove the tank or other components.
Is a performance remap included?
No. Economy Remap, Performance Remap, Stage 1 Remap and Stage 2 Remap are quoted separately. Stage 2 needs suitable supporting modifications. DPF Delete and EGR Delete are also separate software-only services.
Can I book a visit to my workplace?
Yes, subject to availability and a safe place to work. Send the workplace postcode and mention any parking or access restrictions when requesting your quote.
Need Help With an AdBlue Warning?
Send your registration, postcode and a photo of the warning. We check suitability and confirm the price before anything is booked.
