What is your T6 warning telling you?
Read the wording as well as looking at the warning symbol. A yellow low-supply warning means AdBlue needs refilling within the displayed remaining range. A separate SCR warning points to a problem with the system that uses AdBlue, or fluid that does not meet the required standard.
When you contact us, tell us whether the warning appeared before or after a refill. Include the remaining countdown and whether the van currently starts. A clear photograph helps us understand what you are seeing without asking you to interpret technical terms.
Why can the warning appear?
Low fluid is the first possibility when the display specifically asks for a refill. Follow the quantity and procedure in your own handbook rather than adding an arbitrary amount.
A system warning needs a different approach. Volkswagen identifies disrupted SCR operation and non-standard AdBlue as possible reasons. If the correct refill has not resolved the warning, do not assume that more fluid will solve it.
Leaks are another documented T6 issue, including at the connection between the AdBlue supply pipe and injector. This is a possible cause, not a diagnosis of your van. Our service is software only and does not repair leaks or other physical defects.
Which T6 versions use AdBlue, and can you ignore a countdown?
Do not assume every diesel T6 has the same equipment. Volkswagen’s September 2015 Transporter brochure lists both Euro 5 and Euro 6 engines and describes AdBlue-equipped SCR for the Euro 6 versions. We confirm your vehicle’s specification and service suitability from the registration before quoting.
Treat a no-restart countdown as a reason to seek help, not a target to use up. Volkswagen confirms that an AdBlue level which is too low can prevent starting. Its red AdBlue level warning instructs drivers to stop somewhere safe and refill the specified minimum quantity. Follow your handbook and the exact message displayed.
How AdBlue Solutions can help
AdBlue Delete and AdBlue Removal are two names for the same software service. We change the engine computer’s software so it no longer runs or monitors the AdBlue system, clearing the related warnings and countdown. We do not replace, fit, repair or clean parts, and the work does not fix unrelated engine faults.
Not every vehicle is suitable. Once we have checked your registration and confirmed the quote, we can arrange a mobile visit to your home, workplace or another safe place across England, subject to availability.
Tell us about other warning lights, starting problems or previous software changes when enquiring. We want the scope of the job to be clear before an appointment is arranged.
Why choose AdBlue Solutions?
Choose Experienced Technicians and a Nationwide Mobile Service Across England, with genuine Google reviews available to read before booking. Our No Fix, No Fee promise is straightforward: "If we cannot complete the job, there is no charge."
Our Lifetime Software Warranty applies to the software work on that vehicle. If the covered work develops a problem, we correct it again. Later software updates or recalls void the warranty. Callout charges, including emergency callout charges, are not covered.
Standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. We also offer 24/7 emergency callouts, subject to location and availability. An additional emergency callout charge is confirmed before dispatch.

Customer FAQs
Does AdBlue Removal mean taking the tank out?
No. It is the same software service as AdBlue Delete. We do not remove the tank or carry out physical parts work.
Can I enquire if my T6 already will not start?
Yes. Tell us it will not start and send the exact dashboard message. We check suitability first and cannot promise to resolve a starting problem unrelated to AdBlue.
Should I send details of a recent refill?
Yes. Include when you topped up, approximately how much you added and whether the message changed afterwards. Send a photo of the current warning too.
Is an economy or performance remap included?
No. Economy Remap, Performance Remap, Stage 1 Remap, Stage 2 Remap, DPF Delete and EGR Delete are separate software services, quoted separately. Stage 2 requires suitable supporting modifications.
Can you visit my workplace?
Yes, subject to availability and a safe place to work. Send the workplace postcode and mention any access restrictions when arranging your appointment.
Need Help With an AdBlue Warning?
Send your registration, postcode and a photo of the warning. We check suitability and confirm the price before anything is booked.
