Is it definitely an AdBlue warning?
An engine warning light is not enough to identify an AdBlue problem. Ford lists engine, powertrain and AdBlue warnings separately and recommends checking the meaning against your own vehicle's handbook. Photograph the symbol and any accompanying message while safely parked.
Tell us whether the car starts, whether its behaviour has changed and whether a countdown appears. Include the full wording rather than just describing it as an emissions warning. These details help us decide whether your enquiry concerns the software service we offer.
Does your EcoSport actually use AdBlue?
The EcoSport has been sold with different petrol and diesel engines, including a 1.5-litre EcoBlue diesel. The engine name alone is not sufficient confirmation of AdBlue equipment. Ford's UK guidance explicitly says that not all Ford diesel vehicles require AdBlue.
Our research did not establish a UK EcoSport engine or model year that we can confidently identify here as AdBlue-equipped. We therefore do not publish a blanket year range or assume your diesel qualifies. We check your individual registration before discussing an appointment.
Low fluid, a fault or a warning after refilling?
On a vehicle confirmed to have AdBlue, a low-level notification and a system-fault warning are different concerns. Ford identifies low fluid, fluid quality and faults in the emissions treatment system as possible reasons for an AdBlue warning. A refill should not be treated as the answer to every message.
If you have already topped up, tell us when, approximately how much you added and whether the message changed. Follow the correct handbook instructions rather than repeatedly adding fluid. AdBlue belongs in its own tank, never the diesel fuel tank.
If the display mentions a starting restriction, include that wording in your enquiry. Do not assume that a no-start problem is AdBlue-related simply because you found an AdBlue article online.
How AdBlue Solutions can help
For suitable, confirmed AdBlue-equipped vehicles, AdBlue Delete and AdBlue Removal are two names for the same software service. We change the engine computer's software so it no longer runs or monitors the AdBlue system, clearing the related warnings and countdown.
This is software work only. We do not replace, fit, repair or clean parts, and the service does not fix unrelated engine faults. Not every vehicle is suitable, so a registration check comes before a quote or booking.
Where the vehicle is suitable, we can arrange a mobile visit to your home, workplace or another safe place in England, subject to availability. If your EcoSport does not have AdBlue, we will not present this service as a solution to its warning.
Why choose AdBlue Solutions?
We offer Experienced Technicians, Nationwide Mobile Service Across England and genuine Google reviews you can read before booking. Our No Fix, No Fee promise is straightforward: "If we cannot complete the job, there is no charge."
Our Lifetime Software Warranty applies to the software work on that vehicle. If the covered work develops a problem, we correct it again. Later software updates or recalls void the warranty. Callout charges, including emergency callout charges, are not covered.
Standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. We also offer 24/7 emergency callouts, subject to location and availability. An additional emergency callout charge is confirmed before dispatch.
How to book in three steps
Start with the vehicle details, not a guessed diagnosis. We will explain whether our service is relevant before you arrange a visit.
- Send your registration, postcode and warning details by WhatsApp, including a clear photo. You can also call or use the quote form.
- We check the vehicle specification and software suitability, then provide a quote if the work is appropriate.
- Arrange a mobile appointment at an agreed safe location, subject to availability.
Customer FAQs
Can you confirm suitability from my registration?
Yes. Send the registration with your postcode and warning photo. We check the vehicle before quoting and will not assume an EcoSport needs AdBlue work because it is diesel.
Does AdBlue Removal mean taking parts off the car?
No. Our AdBlue Removal service changes the engine computer's software. It is the same service as AdBlue Delete and does not include physical parts removal.
Will this fix every engine warning?
No. The service addresses AdBlue operation and monitoring on suitable vehicles. Unrelated engine faults are outside its scope and need separate attention.
Are remapping or other software services included?
No. Economy Remap, Performance Remap, Stage 1 Remap, Stage 2 Remap, DPF Delete and EGR Delete are quoted separately, subject to suitability. Stage 2 needs suitable supporting modifications. Our DPF and EGR services are software only.
Can I request help outside standard hours?
Yes. Ask about a 24/7 emergency callout and give us your location and starting status. Availability is checked first, and any additional emergency callout charge is confirmed before dispatch.
Need Help With an AdBlue Warning?
Send your registration, postcode and a photo of the warning. We check suitability and confirm the price before anything is booked.
