What does the warning on your A4 mean?
Read the full message, not just the AdBlue symbol. A refill request and a fault warning need different responses. The A4 handbook describes both low-fluid warnings and fault messages that can include a no-restart countdown.

Will topping up clear an AdBlue system fault?
Not necessarily. Adding fluid does not resolve every AdBlue fault. A published technical investigation involving an Audi A4 recorded a no-start warning despite a refill, with the cause traced to a control-module problem. A full tank therefore does not rule out a system fault.
If your message specifically requests a refill, follow the instructions for your vehicle. Audi provides access to the correct owner's manual through myAudi or by entering the vehicle's VIN. If you have already refilled it, tell us how much you added and whether the message changed.
Take a no-restart countdown seriously. Audi's A4 handbook explains that, once the stated distance has been used and the engine switched off, restarting can be prevented. Arrange help before the countdown runs out rather than treating the remaining distance as spare time.
Does every diesel Audi A4 use AdBlue?
Do not assume every diesel A4 has the same equipment. Audi's UK brochure for the B9-generation A4 lists AdBlue equipment for its TDI models, while some earlier A4 diesels also used AdBlue. There is no single starting point to apply to every A4.

Does AdBlue Removal mean taking the tank out?
No. Our service is software only. We do not physically remove the tank or other AdBlue components.
Can you come to my workplace?
Yes, subject to availability and a safe place to work. Include the workplace postcode when you enquire and make sure you have permission for the visit.
Is an Economy Remap included?
No. Economy Remap and our other additional software services are quoted separately. They are not free with AdBlue work, and suitability must be checked.
Do I need a diagnostic report before contacting you?
You can start with your registration, postcode and warning photo. If you already have a diagnostic report, send it with your enquiry, along with details of any work already carried out.
