How mobile AdBlue appointments work
AdBlue Delete and Removal enquiries start with your registration, location and symptoms. For a mobile appointment, coverage, vehicle compatibility and access requirements should be confirmed before booking. An on-site assessment establishes what work is appropriate and whether it can be completed at your location.

01Understanding the service
Booking Your Mobile AdBlue Appointment
Send your registration and postcode along with the exact dashboard warning. Explain whether the engine starts and whether a remaining-distance countdown is displayed. The registration helps identify the vehicle, but the technician may need to read ECU identification details before confirming software compatibility. A mobile visit may avoid recovery, although some faults require workshop equipment or further investigation.
- Provide your registration, mileage and current postcode
- Send the full dashboard warning and any fault-code report
- Describe recent refills, repairs and starting problems
- Confirm coverage, appointment availability and safe access to the vehicle
Technical Diagnostics and Fault Identification
The technician should read relevant control modules and assess fault codes alongside live data and suitable tests. P20E8 means reductant pressure too low; possible causes require investigation rather than an assumed tank replacement. P2BAD also needs interpretation using the vehicle manufacturer's diagnostic information and any accompanying codes. Neither code alone proves that an injector is seized or a tank heater has failed. Disabling monitoring does not correct the underlying hardware fault.
Vehicle-Specific Considerations
SCR equipment varies by engine, build date and emissions specification, even within the same model range. Some Peugeot and Citroen BlueHDi vehicles can develop tank or supply-system faults, but tank deformation should not be assumed from the model year alone. Ford Transit EcoBlue SCR faults likewise need diagnosis rather than an automatic AdBlue warning and countdown cleared by software. Send your registration to help establish the relevant equipment; a dashboard photograph can support preparation but cannot identify the exact ECU software.
Agreeing the Work and Checking the Result
After assessment, ask the technician to explain the findings, proposed work and any further parts or testing needed. Repair should address the diagnosed cause, with resets or adaptations carried out where required by the manufacturer's procedure. A countdown reset alone is not evidence of a successful repair. Completion checks may include live-data checks, leak inspection and a further scan; some faults need additional running conditions before the result can be verified.
Information to Have Ready
Keeping the vehicle's recent history available can make the appointment more productive. Avoid replacing components solely on the basis of a dashboard message or a generic code description.
- A photograph of the warning and remaining-distance countdown
- Full fault codes, including any manufacturer-specific suffixes
- Dates and quantities of recent AdBlue refills
- Reports or invoices for previous SCR repairs
- Details of when the fault appears and whether starting is inhibited

Check Your AdBlue Fault Code
Enter a diagnostic code to explore its meaning and the information to send with your enquiry.
8 common codes
- P20E8
Fault name
Reductant pressure too low
What it means
The system has reported insufficient reductant pressure. Diagnostic checks help establish the cause, rather than assuming a failed pump.
VIEW FAULT DETAILS - P20EE
Fault name
SCR NOx catalyst efficiency below threshold
What it means
SCR NOx reduction efficiency has been reported below its expected threshold. The full scan and sensor readings help identify possible causes.
VIEW FAULT DETAILS - P204F
Fault name
Reductant system performance, bank 1
What it means
The code concerns SCR operation or monitoring. Read it alongside the full scan and vehicle-specific information.
VIEW FAULT DETAILS - P2200
Fault name
NOx sensor circuit, bank 1
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILS - P229F
Fault name
NOx sensor circuit range/performance, bank 1 sensor 2
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILS - P2047
Fault name
Reductant injection valve circuit/open, bank 1 unit 1
What it means
The code concerns a dosing or aftertreatment injector. Check the fitted system and full scan before assuming a cause.
VIEW FAULT DETAILS - P203F
Fault name
Reductant level too low
What it means
The system reports that the reductant level is too low. Check the actual fluid level and whether the reported level is accurate.
VIEW FAULT DETAILS - P207F
Fault name
Reductant quality performance
What it means
The system has reported reductant quality performance. The code alone does not identify the cause.

Customer questions
Questions customers ask us
Still unsure? Send us your registration and a photo of the warning on WhatsApp.
Ask on WhatsAppWhat is AdBlue Delete?
AdBlue Delete refers to software changes intended to disable selected AdBlue/SCR functions and associated monitoring. It does not repair a defective pump, injector, heater or sensor. Compatibility and the functions affected depend on the vehicle and ECU; send your registration so the vehicle can be checked.
What is AdBlue Removal?
AdBlue Removal is often used to describe software disabling rather than physical removal of the tank or other components. The term alone does not specify the work involved. ECU access is not always possible through the diagnostic socket, so the proposed method and scope need confirming for your vehicle.
What is the difference between AdBlue Delete and AdBlue Repair?
AdBlue Repair aims to restore normal SCR operation by diagnosing and correcting the fault. Depending on the findings, this may involve wiring repairs, component replacement or an applicable software update, followed by the required checks and adaptations. Delete refers to disabling functions rather than restoring them.
What is an AdBlue Fix?
AdBlue Fix is a broad description, not a specific diagnostic procedure. Clearing a warning or resetting a countdown does not necessarily resolve its cause. The appropriate work depends on fault codes, measured values and component tests.
What vehicle and postcode information do you need for a quote?
Send your registration, current postcode, mileage, dashboard message and whether the engine still starts. Include any diagnostic report and details of recent AdBlue refills or repairs. These help check coverage and likely requirements; exact ECU identification and the scope of work may still need confirming on-site.
Can I send my warning light photo on WhatsApp?
A clear dashboard photograph can help with initial assessment. Ask whether WhatsApp is available when enquiring, and include your registration and the full warning message. Photographs show the symptom but do not replace diagnostic testing.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency callouts?
Yes. Our standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. Emergency callouts are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to location and availability. An additional emergency callout charge applies and is confirmed before dispatch.
