Is it a refill warning or a system fault?
Look at the wording alongside the warning light. A low-level message and a system malfunction message are not the same thing. Manufacturer guidance distinguishes between insufficient fluid and a fault, including cases where the warning remains despite there being enough AdBlue.
When contacting us, include the whole message rather than just saying the AdBlue light is on. Tell us whether it stayed on continuously or disappeared and returned.

What should you check after topping up?
Check your vehicle handbook for the refill instructions and any minimum quantity needed after running empty. A small top-up may not meet that requirement. Do not keep adding fluid without checking the level, and do not overfill the tank.
Follow the instructions for your particular vehicle rather than a reset routine found for another model. If you have completed the specified refill procedure and the message remains, arrange an assessment instead of assuming it just needs more AdBlue.
What if the no-start countdown keeps falling?
Treat a continuing countdown as something to act on. Depending on the vehicle and warning, a detected AdBlue system fault can restrict the engine from restarting once the countdown reaches its limit. A full tank does not rule out that type of fault.
Do not plan around using up the remaining distance. Contact us with the exact countdown and say if the vehicle is already unable to start. That helps us check suitability and discuss the available mobile options without guessing from a warning light alone.

Not always. Some vehicles need a short period to register the increased level after the tank has been empty. Follow your handbook's instructions rather than expecting an instant change.
Will another bottle of AdBlue clear the warning?
Only adding fluid is not an answer to a system malfunction. Check the required refill quantity and avoid overfilling. A warning with sufficient fluid needs further attention.
Does AdBlue Removal mean taking the tank out?
No. Our AdBlue Removal service changes the engine computer's software. We do not physically remove the tank or carry out parts work.
Can you help if my van is parked at work?

Will this clear every engine warning?
