01Understanding the service
An AdBlue warning or non-start countdown needs investigation before a solution can be recommended. Low fluid level, inadequate reductant pressure, dosing faults and sensor or wiring problems can produce different symptoms. Software disabling is not the same as repairing these faults and cannot be assumed to resolve unrelated reduced-power or starting problems.
Diagnosis should distinguish a low-level warning from a system malfunction. Possible causes include leaks, injector deposits, pump or heater faults, wiring issues and NOx sensor faults. P20E8 means reductant pressure too low; it does not by itself prove that the pressure sensor or pump needs replacement. P2002 means diesel particulate filter efficiency below threshold, bank 1, and is not a direct AdBlue fault code. Fault descriptions, live data and physical checks should be considered together before replacing parts.
Enquiries are welcome from Ealing, Harrow, Hounslow, Uxbridge and the other locations listed on this page. Send your full postcode to confirm appointment availability and whether the parking location is suitable for the work. Roadside attendance depends on safe access and the vehicle's condition; a mobile visit cannot guarantee that recovery or workshop facilities will be unnecessary.
AdBlue fitment varies by model year, engine and emissions specification. Relevant vehicles may include SCR-equipped versions of the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Vito, Peugeot and Citroën BlueHDi models, and selected Land Rover and Range Rover diesels. The latter include some 2.0-litre Ingenium and 3.0-litre engines, but not all 3.0-litre diesels are Ingenium units. Send your registration so the fitted system can be checked before work is discussed.
Send your registration, postcode and a clear photograph of the warning message on WhatsApp. Include any stored fault codes, recent work and whether the vehicle starts. These details help establish the next diagnostic step and whether a mobile appointment is suitable. Any quote should identify the proposed work; further checks may be required before the repair scope can be confirmed.

8 common codes
Fault name
What it means
The system has reported insufficient reductant pressure. Diagnostic checks help establish the cause, rather than assuming a failed pump.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
SCR NOx reduction efficiency has been reported below its expected threshold. The full scan and sensor readings help identify possible causes.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns SCR operation or monitoring. Read it alongside the full scan and vehicle-specific information.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a dosing or aftertreatment injector. Check the fitted system and full scan before assuming a cause.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The system reports that the reductant level is too low. Check the actual fluid level and whether the reported level is accurate.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The system has reported reductant quality performance. The code alone does not identify the cause.

Customer questions
Still unsure? Send us your registration and a photo of the warning on WhatsApp.
Ask on WhatsAppAdBlue Delete describes software changes intended to disable SCR dosing or related monitoring and warnings. It does not repair faulty components, and its effects depend on the vehicle and calibration. It should not be described as a guaranteed cure for every warning, countdown or starting problem.
AdBlue Removal is often used to mean electronic disabling of the SCR system rather than physical removal of its components. Confirm what is being proposed for your particular vehicle, as the term alone does not define the work or its outcome.
AdBlue Delete changes how the system operates or is monitored. AdBlue Repair addresses the underlying fault so that SCR can function correctly. Repair may involve wiring checks, leak repairs, software updates or component replacement, followed by the appropriate tests and resets.
AdBlue Fix is a general term for resolving an AdBlue or SCR problem. The appropriate work depends on diagnostic results: a warning can relate to fluid level or quality, pressure, dosing, sensors, wiring or another emissions fault.
Send your registration, current postcode, warning message and any diagnostic codes. Please also tell us whether the engine starts and whether a countdown is displayed. These details help us check likely SCR fitment and appointment availability; diagnostic identification may still be needed to confirm ECU hardware and software.
Yes. Send a clear dashboard photograph on WhatsApp alongside your registration and postcode. The photograph helps identify the displayed warning or remaining countdown, but a diagnostic scan and further checks may be needed to establish the cause.
Not necessarily. Reduced power and non-start conditions can have causes outside the SCR system, and a software change does not repair a mechanical or electrical fault. Send your registration and warning details so the cause can be assessed before any outcome is suggested.
There is no reliable universal duration. Vehicle identification, ECU access, fault diagnosis and any additional work affect the time required. Send your registration and symptoms so the proposed work and likely appointment length can be discussed.
Yes. Our standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. Emergency callouts are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to location and availability. An additional emergency callout charge applies and is confirmed before dispatch.
