01Understanding the service
The first step is to establish whether your vehicle has SCR and what is causing the warning. A low-fluid message, emissions fault and no-restart countdown can require different checks. Disabling system functions is not the same as repairing the cause, and no software change should be presented as a cure for every SCR or engine fault.
A warning that remains after topping up may involve level detection, fluid quality, dosing pressure, wiring or another SCR fault. Crystallisation and pump or sensor faults are possible causes, but testing is needed before recommending parts or software work. A no-restart countdown generally warns that a subsequent start may be inhibited once the stated conditions are reached; it does not normally mean the engine will automatically stop when the displayed distance runs out. Follow the vehicle handbook and send the exact warning wording.
Enquiries are welcome from the listed East and Southeast London areas and neighbouring locations. Dartford and much of the DA1 district are outside Greater London, so they are included as neighbouring areas rather than London locations. The postcode list is illustrative, not a complete coverage map. Send your exact postcode to confirm attendance and availability.
SCR equipment varies by engine, production date and specification; Euro 6 status alone does not confirm AdBlue fitment. P20EE generally means SCR NOx catalyst efficiency below threshold, bank 1. P208E generally means reductant injection valve stuck closed, bank 1 unit 1. Neither code alone proves which part needs replacing. Manufacturer-specific descriptions, associated codes and live-data checks should guide diagnosis. Send your registration and the complete diagnostic report if available.
Use WhatsApp or the enquiry form to send your registration, current postcode, dashboard photo and any scanned fault codes. Include whether the engine starts, when the problem began, and details of recent top-ups or repairs. This helps establish the next diagnostic step and whether a mobile visit is appropriate. The scope and cost of any proposed work should be confirmed before you proceed.
From booking to completion, our experienced mobile technicians make the process straightforward.
We confirm your vehicle, location, service and appointment.
On the day, your technician calls with an estimated arrival time.

02Why choose AdBlue Solutions
Found a fault code during a diagnostic scan? Enter it below to understand what it could mean, what warning signs to look out for and what information our mobile AdBlue specialists need to help you.
From AdBlue pressure faults to NOx sensor warnings and SCR system problems, explore common diagnostic codes in simple English.
8 common codes
Fault name
What it means
The system has reported insufficient reductant pressure. Diagnostic checks help establish the cause, rather than assuming a failed pump.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
SCR NOx reduction efficiency has been reported below its expected threshold. The full scan and sensor readings help identify possible causes.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns SCR operation or monitoring. Read it alongside the full scan and vehicle-specific information.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a dosing or aftertreatment injector. Check the fitted system and full scan before assuming a cause.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The system reports that the reductant level is too low. Check the actual fluid level and whether the reported level is accurate.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The system has reported reductant quality performance. The code alone does not identify the cause.

Customer questions
Still unsure? Send us your registration and a photo of the warning on WhatsApp.
Ask on WhatsAppAdBlue Delete generally means modifying vehicle control software to disable some or all SCR dosing and fault-monitoring functions. It does not repair a failed pump, injector, sensor or catalyst, and it should not be described as preventing every future engine warning.
AdBlue Removal is often used to describe electronic disabling of the SCR system rather than physical removal of its components. Ask what a proposed service includes; unrelated faults and failed hardware can remain.
AdBlue Delete changes how the system operates or is monitored. AdBlue Repair aims to restore its intended operation by diagnosing the fault and addressing the cause. Repair may involve fluid checks, wiring work, dosing-system cleaning, component replacement or a manufacturer-specified software update where applicable.
An AdBlue Fix is a general description, not a specific procedure. The appropriate work depends on the fault. Clearing codes alone will not resolve an underlying problem, and a no-restart countdown may require a repair followed by vehicle-specific checks and reset procedures.
Send your registration, current postcode, warning message and any diagnostic codes. These help us check likely SCR fitment and assess mobile attendance. An ECU identification scan or further vehicle details may still be needed before the work can be confirmed.
Yes. Send a clear photo of the warning message and any remaining-distance countdown via WhatsApp. It helps explain the symptoms but does not confirm which component has failed. Include your registration and say whether the engine currently starts.
SCR-equipped versions of vehicles such as the Peugeot Partner, Citroën Berlingo, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Ford Transit and VW Crafter can develop AdBlue faults, as can some Audi and Volkswagen diesel cars. Not every engine or model year uses AdBlue, and a badge alone does not establish fitment. Send your registration so we can check your vehicle.
Timing depends on the vehicle, fault, access and whether parts or further testing are required. Send your registration, postcode and symptoms so we can discuss the likely scope and appointment availability. Some faults cannot be resolved in a single mobile visit.
Yes. Our standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. Emergency callouts are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to location and availability. An additional emergency callout charge applies and is confirmed before dispatch.
