01Understanding the service
Contact us about mobile attendance in the listed areas. Coverage and appointment availability depend on your exact postcode, vehicle and access arrangements. Tell us about controlled parking, height restrictions or private-site permissions when booking. A vehicle with a starting restriction may need additional testing or facilities beyond those available at the parking location.
AdBlue Delete and Removal generally refer to software changes intended to disable SCR functions or monitoring. Neither term establishes which functions are affected, nor does either mean that defective hardware has been repaired. An SCR fault may involve more than one control module or component, so no universal outcome should be assumed. Send your registration to help identify the likely system; diagnostic checks may be required to confirm it.
Diagnosis should start with stored fault codes, relevant live data and checks guided by the vehicle manufacturer's procedures. P20E8 means reductant pressure too low; P208E refers to a reductant injection valve stuck closed, bank 1, unit 1. Neither code alone proves which part needs replacement. Pressure faults may require checks of the supply, pump, lines and dosing system. NOx-sensor communication faults can involve power supplies, wiring, connectors or the sensor itself; software is only a possible remedy where an applicable update exists. Repairs may also require a specified reset or validation procedure before a countdown clears.
The postcode list covers North London, parts of north-west London and central postcode areas. WC1, WC2 and EC1 to EC4 are broad groupings containing more detailed postcode districts. Borough names cover larger areas than individual neighbourhoods, and the list is not an exhaustive map of Central London. Send your full postcode to confirm attendance, including for Westminster or West End addresses not represented in the list.
Selected diesel versions of the Peugeot Partner, Citroën Berlingo, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Audi A3, Volkswagen Golf and Ford Transit use AdBlue. Fitment varies by engine, production date and emissions specification; a model name or Euro 6 designation alone is not enough to confirm it. EcoBlue and BlueTEC badges should not be treated as confirmation of the exact SCR configuration either. Send your registration and warning details before requesting vehicle-specific advice. If a no-start countdown is displayed, arrange assessment promptly rather than assuming a software change will resolve it.

From AdBlue pressure faults to NOx sensor warnings and SCR system problems, explore common diagnostic codes in simple English.
8 common codes
Fault name
What it means
The system has reported insufficient reductant pressure. Diagnostic checks help establish the cause, rather than assuming a failed pump.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
SCR NOx reduction efficiency has been reported below its expected threshold. The full scan and sensor readings help identify possible causes.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns SCR operation or monitoring. Read it alongside the full scan and vehicle-specific information.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a NOx sensor circuit or signal. It does not alone confirm which part needs attention.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The code concerns a dosing or aftertreatment injector. Check the fitted system and full scan before assuming a cause.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The system reports that the reductant level is too low. Check the actual fluid level and whether the reported level is accurate.
VIEW FAULT DETAILSFault name
What it means
The system has reported reductant quality performance. The code alone does not identify the cause.

Customer questions
Still unsure? Send us your registration and a photo of the warning on WhatsApp.
Ask on WhatsAppAdBlue Delete describes software changes intended to disable selected SCR monitoring or functions. It is not a repair of the underlying fault, and the effect varies by vehicle and ECU. It should not be presented as a guarantee against warning lights, reduced power or starting restrictions. Send your registration and warning details so the vehicle can be assessed.
AdBlue Removal is often used to mean the same software intervention as a delete. The term does not necessarily mean that the tank, injector or other SCR hardware is physically removed. The proposed work and its limitations need to be clarified for the specific vehicle.
AdBlue Repair addresses the cause of an SCR fault while retaining system operation. It may involve the dosing system, sensors, wiring, fluid quality or a manufacturer-specified software update. A delete disables functions rather than repairing defective components.
AdBlue Fix is a general term for resolving an AdBlue-related problem, not a specific software procedure. Depending on the diagnosis, a fix may require fluid checks, electrical testing, component replacement or an applicable software update. Clearing codes alone does not resolve an active fault.
Please send your registration, full postcode, dashboard message and any diagnostic report. Tell us whether the engine starts and whether access or parking is restricted. A registration helps identify the likely vehicle specification, but ECU identification and diagnostic checks may still be needed.
A clear photograph of the warning and any remaining-distance countdown is useful. Ask about WhatsApp when contacting us. A photograph records the displayed message but does not reveal stored diagnostic codes or confirm which component has failed.
An SCR-related fault can trigger reduced power on some vehicles, but similar symptoms can have other causes. A delete should not be described as a performance upgrade or a guaranteed way to restore normal power. Diagnosis is needed to establish what is causing the restriction.
A workplace visit may be possible where permission, safe access and suitable parking are available. Send your postcode and vehicle details to confirm availability and whether the proposed work can be completed on-site. Some faults require workshop facilities; roadside attendance depends on the safety of the location.
